Naked Wines

I started my conversation with Langham casually and they never gave me the hard sell - we just found out what each other were about and then we gave them a chance to prove themselves. They did this quickly and without fuss - landing us some quality candidates that had the right fit for us. We then had a larger need and Langham quickly scaled and met it through their TaaS solution, with a flexible commercial model and great engagement and support for our hiring managers. This project involved 30 hires within tech across Date Engineering, Development, Test, Scrum, Product & DevOps.  Retention remains after a year at 95% within the business happy, and growing their careers.
