Langham partnered with Sicoya to support their rapid growth within silicon photonics by delivering both permanent and freelance talent across Europe. Sicoya required highly specialised expertise in photonics, Electro‑Optical Integrated Circuits (EIC), and Photonic Integrated Circuit(PIC) layout and verification—skill sets that are exceptionally scarce and inhigh demand.
